htmldb install problems

Hi,  

I'm trying to install htmldb on a 9.2.0.4 database. I get invalid username/password on
the second screen htmldb configuration. This must be either for sys user or htmldb
Listener.log confirms established connection. Cannot find any likewise problems on metalink or orafaq. Are there maybe prerequisites to fullfill??  

Details: 9.2.0.4. HP 11.11
