There are 29 references to 'execution plan' in this paper, and it is not indexed.
Clicking around on 29 instances of 'execution plan' to find out how to get the
execution plan for a query is rather frustrating.

If you want to help someone find the execution plan for a query, it would be
more helpful to point them at the relevant documentation, with an example.
