OK, from this reply I conclude that the pesky ratio of quoted text / contributed text
is gone? Am I right? I was paranoid about those nasty replies from the listserv

No, it is not gone, just relaxed a bit.

No more than 75% quoted material is allowed.

Quote limits do not take effect if the post is >= 25 lines.

It has really cut down on the posts that had 200+ lines of quoted text and a 'me too' answer.
