I have installed the 10G client, and it has both the Cmd Prompt SQLPLUS,  and the Window version SQLPLUSW.

I have not installed the Server side yet.

which paper are you referring to?
AFAIK there have never been plans to desupport SQL*Plus ...

Several months ago, I saw ORACLE paper said SQLPLUS will NOT support on 10g. Last week, I installed ORACLE 10g client and found SQLPLUS still there.

Does ORACLE change mind?
