Right, but de-supported doesn't mean it is taken out immediately. In maybe 11M or 12Q release it will go away.

UTL_FILE_DIR usage is deprecated, but it is still available in 10g. Raj

SqlPlusw (windows) is still part of Oracle10 install on windows platform.
