I'm not so sure about the phone part, and I definitely wouldn't need the cursing part, but I actually do tend to enjoy troubleshooting. Doing that sort of work over the phone though, is exceedingly difficult. I used to do a bit of phone support in one of my early jobs. Success depends as much on the caller as on the support person.
