For those who are interested, this error was resolved by making changes to udp_sendspace (64k) and udp_recvspace (64k) and then re-login into session.

were all the pre-install changes to the kernal parameters made and confirmed? and the box rebooted?

looks to me like it's trying to grab a shared memory segment and can't get one big enough.
