Mladen,
Dreamweaver ultradev is a web development IDE. It can handle ASP, JSP, HTML etc... You're thinking of Flash .. ;)

Why are people developing such pages which take forever to load and require
macromedia plugin? I must say that I like the pages in HTML the most. What is it that you're developing? Online tetris? If a page tells me that it needs a plugin that I don't have, then I move on elsewhere.
