  Is there a way to get the count of rows going into ref cursor. Or if there is a way to know if no rows went in. I am doing a
 
open <ref_cursor> for select ....
 
And would like to check if any rows got selected. SQL%ROWCOUNT does not seem to be working. Thanks for your help.
