I have just created a list named oraclefr on freelists.org (just like oracle-l). You subscribe to this list by sending email to oraclefr-request@freelists.org with 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Web interface. I don't expect the traffic to be huge, especially in the beginnings, so I guess that it will be easier to subscribe to both oracle-l and oraclefr than to oracle-l and the lazydba list (I dare hardly mention the off-topic list).
