i knew a guy who billed $300/hour and made less than $100k/year at oracle.

I knew another guy who was entry level making $52k who billed $150/hour.

I was contracted by a recruiter and he told me that Oracle was kicked off of a TSA contract in Reston, VA due to their rates....

Based on what I've seen, Oracle Consulting should be able to compete with
DB's personal consulting rates:
