I am running EE 9.2.0.3. The column is varchar2(255). The table itself has approximately 1,000,000 rows. Is it best to use an Oracle Text index on a column where you want to search for ‘%some_text%’ on a column, or is the another way to do this without performing a full table scan?  I am running EE 9.2.0.3.  The column is varchar2(255). The table itself has approximately 1,000,000 rows.
