Beon,

There is no purge 'utility'. However, there are a large number of Concurrent Programs that can be configured by an Apps SysAdmin to carry out scheduled purges. At the least, you sould have the 'Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data' and the 'Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data' programs configured in the Concurrent Manager. For further details, read the fine manual 'Oracle Applications System Administrator's Guide'.
