I use JFS at home, because of a comparison I saw (since taken down, sorry) that compared JFS, XFS, ReiserFS and Ext3 with Ext2. XFS was a little slow in deletes, and ReiserFS used the most CPU, but JFS came in second in most categories. For home use, then, JFS.

The deletes wouldn't be much of an issue on a dedicated server, so I'll have to do my own XFS/JFS evaluation if I get to use Linux here.
