Is anybody using stored outlines in=20 production?  There has been some talk about outlines being a great = tool to=20 optimize SQL statements without having access to the source, which to me = seems=20 to be the best reason to use them.  Others have said that using = stored=20 outlines interferes with the CBO and that you'd be just as well off = with=20 the RBO.

Any thoughts?
