hi list,

   what can be the reson for the wait event 'resmgr:wait in check2'.db is 9i release 1 on SUN server.when a user run a particular report that time the CPU usages goes upto 100% and if i see the v$session_wait ,the event is shown as 'resmgr:waiting in check2.
