Melanie,
I worked with Progress in 1991/92. There were no REF cursors at that time (Version 2 or 3). SQL
interface to it was pretty basic, from what I remember. I always preferred their own 4GL language
interface.
I do not know if Verizon has those lying around. Certainly, not in our division.
