I've seen a couple of articles which state essentially the same thing. I didn't bookmark any of them at the time, tho, so I can't provide links.

Also, I believe UL is dead or in the process of dissolution because of SCO.

Can't remember where I read it (I think eWeek), but the reason was beacuse of SCO. Hope someone can verify this though.
