It means that the database simply CANNOT be cracked... provided that the server lacks a power cord, is wholly encased in concrete, contains no memory or disk storage, and is located in a secure facility at the bottom of the Marianas Trench. Remote access is allowed via ssh, but limited to TCP over string-and-tin-cans.
