anyone using jdeveloper or PSPs?

The only time I actually used jdeveloper was for school. Every java project I have seen is using a different tool? Is anyone actually using this thing professionally?

What about PSPs or the PL/SQL Web Tookkit(I think there is a difference)? Does anyone use these things?
