host C:\PROGRA~1\RESOUR~1\sleep.exe 30

Can anyone tell me how to code a HOST command with imbedded spaces in SQLPLUS:
Sample: host c:\program files\resource pro kit\sleep.exe 30; I have tried single and double quotes but it doesn't work.

Thanks!
Ron
