We use PLSQLDeveloper (http://www.allroundautomations.com/) for our = in-house
developers.=20

Pretty full-featured but pricey. It lets my developers do most things by themselves and not have to bother me as much for Oracle things.=20

Subject: SQLPlus=20

I have the responsibility for a moderate size team which consists of=20 experienced SQLPlus users as well as novice users. SQLPlus is causing = us=20
too much time loss. So we tried iSQLPlus and SQL Workbench , not much=20 success. Has anyone come across any tool/third party vendor tool that=20 efficiently replaces SQLPlus? Most users are on windows pcs some a = couple on=20
linux.
