Well yes it is true that windows will designate a c:\ drive. I haven't se= en anything that says that Oracle will not work with volumes mounted as dir= ectories within the file system on win2k and above?=20

Set ORACLE_HOME=3D....
Sqlplus / as sysdba ...=20
