Well, Toad has a _nasty_ habit or remembering the active tab when you = closed the window. I try to avoid it, but sometimes I click by mistake = ...

our support people love the ability to look up locks ... they have a lot = more tools now, using pipelined functions ... one of which is a trace = file analyzer ..
