This end-user correction stuff is easy.

You just have to tell the end-users that whenever they're planning to make a mistake, they should first check the current SCN before they make it.

You know, on a different note, I'd be interested in knowing some details about end-user apps that support Flashback. So far, the only Flashback-enabled apps I've personally laid eyes on are those in Larry's demos.
