Did anyone manage to link tora against 10g? How about DBD::Oracle and
DDL::Oracle? PHP? Any success/failure to report here? Any initial
results to report about native PL/SQL compilation? I assume that all
those non-disclosure agreements are void now and that the people
who have had it for a while will be able to tell us something more.
