I prefer SUSE, so (on www.suse.com/oracle):

Here is some minimum data. It leaves out most certifications and all the details available from Oracle, and only lists the latest ones:

The other choice is Red Hat Advanced Server (http://www.redhat.com/oracle_cert/)
