Well, actually, I am. :)

It is not critical query, and not run very often, hence the users don't really
complain about it, so it seems a good candidate for testing the process.

I'm just trying to visualize what he'll tell the users:

    First I'm going to order the book.
    When the book arrives, I'll read it.     Once I read and understand the book, I'll take a look at your query. Obviously Jared isn't going to take that approach, but it sounds good.
