comment out with a "#" the line that includes $ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin/isqplus.conf
inside $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/oracle_apache.conf {or whatever is the correct path on your *nix/Windoze platform} and then restart Oracle's Apache.
