Hey, all right, another Gentoo user! Excellent!
I've been crazy enough to upgrade my Gentoo box to 2.6.1. Wonder if that's going to give me Oracle install headaches....?

There is a file where the installer check's what is supported, you can=20
specify what ever youre OS returns
from uname -a :-)
