Venu,

I've taken both PD101 and OP101 and I can thoroughly recommend both of them. The sequence of those two is irrelevant in my opinion.

If you're looking to improve your tuning skills and your understanding of Oracle performance issues I would suggest the OP101. It has a very good balance of lectures and hands-on, brain-heating exercises. You will probably scratch your head when it comes to the exercises but they really drive home what the lecturer has been talking about. The exercises take at least 50% of the time but of course I don't know of the course will develop since the first beta class.
