Hi, Julio,

Windows doesn't have a nsswitch.conf equivalent. Windows hosts file is equivalent to UNIX /etc/hosts. Imagine Windows has a nswitch.conf like this:

hosts: files dns

But it's missing other lines such as protocoles, services... in this file.

This topic is much less off-topic than some others. Thanks for reminding everybody.
