It's not only today... It's been like that for the last 8 years or so. Basically: "Have $$$? Will win" is the entire philosophy of all this TPC crap. It's not worth the paper it's printed on. Bears no resemblance to reality whatsoever, no matter how much "extrapolation" is done to justify it.
The whole thing is an extravagant waste.
