Jay, if it is 9.2.0.4 and if you have undo_retention set, you can do a flashback query. If not, you must recover the database to the specific time, you cannot recover just a single table. You should probably read the TSPITR recovery chapter in Rob Freeman's book. I have, a long time ago, but I've never done it.
