Since I'm supposed to keep on top of our licensing costs, I'm trying to make sure that there are no surprises down the road - such as additional Oracle support fees or Oracle claiming that we don't have this new box licensed, etc. How can the vendor prove that they are providing a license? When I asked them for some type of proof, they forward the OLSA to me, which is basically generic - it doesn't tell me if the license is SE, EE, SE One, perpertual, term, CPU, Named User, etc. Any thoughts or do I just take their word for it?
