We had the same experience with EMC.

Talk about service!

Can you imagine getting a phone call... "Hi, this is Oracle support. About that ora-600 in your alert.log..."

"What 600 in my alert log?"

"Well, indications are that you are *going* to have a 600 problem within the next 48 hours, and we'd just like to correct this situation before you run into problems..."
