Oracle-L: trace sequence values

Hi,

I need urgently to trace an app which uses sequences with OCI to determine what is going wrong. When I use an 10046 event I do not get values of sequence returned when issueing
sequence.nextval. Any ideas about how to trace this are appreciated.

Details: Oracle 9.2..0.4 server on HP-UX 11.11, client Oracle 7.3.4.3 on HP-UX 10.20
