Hi Jay

Exactly, you can use the same symbols as other database objects but if you use double quotes any character can be used even control characters. The point i was making was that even between the double quotes letters a-z are not case sensitive. I proved this with an example for Jared recently on this list in a thread called "passwords case sensitive".
