pooling is for:
user that connected but idle will be disconnected temporary for new incoming or outgoing request.
ON or BOTH or YES or TRUE is to turn on
OFF or FALSE or NO is default to turn off
IN for incoming connection only
OUT for outgoing connection only

There are many parameters for this particular option:
ON, OFF, YES, NO, IN, OUT, TRUE, FALSE, BOTH (not even sure I've exhausted the entire list here)
Used for connection pooling, the values you choose for this parameter impact your idle network connections.
