Straight from the TUSC Oracle Performance Tuning Tips & Techniques book, pp 439-440.  

This is supposed to help reduce the number of network trips for Forms applications.  

My problem is... I don't know what this "bad" thing is supposed to look like from the server side.  

Is there a standard format for the way form fields appear in PL/SQL code? I could search for that.
