RE: What happened to Howard Rogers ?

It looks like Howard doesn't subscribe to this list.

This is my understanding of what happened and any errors are mine. If Howard, whom I have blind copied, has any corrections and subject to his permission I'll post them.

Howard did work for Oracle in Oz. He also produced some excellent materials in his own time which, it turns out, Oracle can claim copyright interest on since they were related directly to his employment, Oracle required that he remove these materials from his site, which he did. Much of this is fairly standard employment law stuff - it probably sucks and various employers in practice take differing views - but there it is.

The lydian third site was put up entirely independently. It is something of an irrelevance now though. Howard now no longer works for Oracle corp. This is not as a result of him being fired.

Anyway as a result www.dizwell.com hosts the new stuff that Howard writes, and you can hire his expert services as well.
