Oracle-L: DB Parameters

HI ,

I have noticed that both deleting and inserting is too slow (about five hours to insert 40000 rows !!!!),
this may be because i have more than 40 INDEX ON THIS TWO tables,I will try to disable them before i run my insert statement .
