ORA-26500: error on caching "USER1"."TABLE1"

Coudl someone help me to resolve this issue?

SQL> drop table TABLE1;
drop table TABLE1

           *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-26500: error on caching "USER1"."TABLE1"
