RE: Oracle to MSSQL conversion?

So Oracle offers much more fine grained control over what is going on and more options for problem solving? If so - and I'd agree - the surely going from the richer environment to the poorer would be more difficult, at least for DBAs who wish to achieve good business results on a more limited platform.
