Version: 8.1.7.4.1 ( maybe patched to 8.1.7.4.6, would have to get on the server to check )

OS: Windows 2000 Server

Thanks for the insights John, I hadn't considered that it might actually be a bug, given that this app often has similar issues.

There are snapshot logs on the tables involved, though the single session logged in for refresh (CIM_MV in the output) was itself waiting as well.

I'll go check on MetaLink later.
