Maximo interacts with Oracle's Manufacturing Apps, so if I were you I would open a TAR on this view, make sure you get an Oracle Apps support analyst to sign off on its creation/destruction/etc. and be done with it. Just make sure you keep a printed copy of the analyst saying 'ok' in case something dire happens at a later date. It's then a lot simpler to escalate the issue as needed.
