I'm starting to gather that -- that the reboot did it.

Entertainingly enough I had enough presence of mind to use EM As SYSDBA and open the database using the InitTPOCS.ora.

The users have been using the application for the last four hours without
any issues, so, what is the graceful way of shutting down the database, via,
EM and do a close?
