hi


i run ora8 on w2000 server.


my problem is i can ping my database mydb without problems
i can login with sqlplus as sys and it works fine
but if i start the enterprise manager console and try to login as sys
a error occours and means please check the management server status and 
settings.


as managementserver i select mydb.


what ican be the problem?
