They
contracted with Halliburton they then subcontracted with Accenture to design and build a RDBMS engine from open source code (they outsourced it to a guy in Jaipur).

There have been over 10,000,000 entries made in the National   Do Not Call Registry since Friday June 27. Does anyone   know the database engine in which this is stored?

  Curious in Bozeman, MT --
