Concerning my speculation about error messages in the Oracle kernel, the following is an actual error message in an app here. Of course, the error
is never supposed to occur -- so says the programmer when I asked about it.

SERROR_MESSAGE := 'How did I Get Here? Where is my car? Who is that laying
next to me? Oh my God is that a marriage license?!';
